PictoSpeak is a tool that allows you to make short video clips that are entertaining and fun to use.You can create profiles containing text that will be spoken outloud, while the pictures will be displayed.
There are options to modify the pitch/speed of spoken text as well as several lauguage codes.Most picture types can be used.
.png, .jpg, gifs, etc.
You can select any picture on your phone, or take a new pictures.Profiles are stored and can be retreived anytime.
By holding the picture (long click) on the setup page, you can move the text and change the color, you must save the profile after modifying the text/color.PictoSpeak can be recorded and shared via, text, facebook, google drive, etc.There are no ads, or extra purchases.
